Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Step by PS, we prioritize your satisfaction and ensure that your shopping experience with us is seamless. Please read through our policies carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Upon approval, a store credit equal to the purchase amount will be issued. This credit can be redeemed on future purchases and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges
Size exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. In cases where the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.
Any product once exchanged, cannot be exchanged or returned the second time.

Sale Items
Products purchased during sale periods or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notes
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order along with photographic proof for us to assist you further.

Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds. Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.
